Returns
We accept returns within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
- unboxing video is required, video must be clear and without any cuts or edits
- Shipping cost is non-refundable so customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return item .
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale or Clearance items.
- Gift Cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Defective/damaged
We inspect each article carefully before packing orders however due to the nature of handmade outfits, missing stone, mirror or beads cannot be considered as damaged or defective item as they do not compromise the quality of the product.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
